Ethical waste of time?

Wonderful commentary here about the recently mandated White House ethics training for Executive Branch employees announced by little Bushie. One small thing Georgie left out of the big announcement – they have to provide ethics training every year – by law.

Oh, and another thing not really well known, both Georgie and Dickie Cheney are apparently so super ethical – they exempted themselves from the training. Isn't that special!
