Tough Guys

They were big and tough. No one was going to mess with them. They are the toughest guys on the block. Bush and Blair were planning to pick a fight. Would be pretty interesting to watch them duking it out with the bad guys in a steel death cage match. Ooops – thats not how it's going to work? They're the tough guys but they won't be fighting? They're going to send someone else to do the dying and fighting for them? How convenient.

This week's revelations that George W. Bush and Tony Blair considered staging a war provocation by painting a US spy plane in UN colors and flying it over Iraq, in the hope that Saddam would order it shot down, illustrates a desperate depth of criminality only rivaled by previous notorious historical examples.
