Disgrace to the Office

Chimpie continues to amaze. Thinking he couldn't possibly get anymore insincere, clueless, and stupid is a losing proposition. His recent actions and comments this past weekend when visiting wounded troops at Brooke Army Medical Center reveal the incredibly uncaring, dismissive, and self absorbed nature of the man.

The brave soldiers he was visiting are mutilated from wounds, some are missing arms, legs, and eyes. These wounds were suffered in combat in Iraq. The soldiers suffered their wounds in the defense of their country. All are examples of patriotism, honor, and bravery. Well Georgie the frat boy either just doesn't get it or he doesn't give a damn.

Consider these insulting comments: “As you can possibly see, I have an injury myself -- not here at the hospital, but in combat with a Cedar. I eventually won. The Cedar gave me a little scratch. As a matter of fact, the Colonel asked if I needed first aid when she first saw me. I was able to avoid any major surgical operations here, but thanks for your compassion, Colonel.”

How dare this little phony equate “a little scratch” suffered in “combat” with some woody brush to the life threatening and maiming wounds real men have suffered. He's insulted their sacrifices and he insults this country.
