As if the debacle with Michael Brown at FEMA wasn't bad enough. Bush has an even worse (if that can be believed) political hack in charge of the Office of Public Health Emergency Preparedness. If there were to be a bioterror attack or we suffered from the avian flu pandemic – kiss your ass goodbye, there's a bozo in charge.
