In his meetings in Argentina with 34 world leaders, Georgie had to stay up past his bedtime of 10:15PM, and didn't get back to his room until nearly 12:40AM! Oh dear, oh my, how horrible.
Polls in Latin America reveal Bush is the most unpopular U.S. president ever. His petulance at even being there could be seen in his body language and facial expressions. If he has to sit around and just be an other “world leader” he feels neglected – always having to be the center of attention.
How sad.
