Bush can't escape failure

In times of political need, history shows that American presidents often run away to foreign countries, escaping the pressure of Washington. Enjoying a chance to bask in the adulation and respect shown to the US President, they always come back beaming after polishing their image by showing US leadership on various issues.

Too bad Georgie can't do this down in Argentina. They hate him.
